Should we post photographs and videos of bad behaviour on the internet?

In my opinion,i think we should not post pictures and videos about bad behavior of other people. I think that by posting bad behavior of them is not respecting them and at the same time,we are invading other people's privacy and it is wrong to do that. Instead of posting into the internet,we can punish them by giving them fines.

Although by doing this, we can shame them and let them learn their mistakes but there are also a lot of other methods of making them to learn from their mistakes. Example, handing the photographs to the police, they can handle it themselves. Therefore, i think that we SHOULD not post pictures or videos of people's bad behavior as it is wrong and a form of invasion of privacy. -.-
